IEEE GRSS Spanish Chapter Awards

The Spanish Chapter of IEEE-GRSS is delighted to announce the 8th edition of its Awards for the Best Master’s Theses (TFMs) and Doctoral Theses (PhDs) in the field of remote sensing for Earth observation (Geoscience and Remote Sensing). These prestigious awards are open to works defended at Spanish universities between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2024. This year’s edition focuses on fostering stronger connections within the research community, enhancing the visibility of participants, and ensuring broad recognition of the outstanding selected works. Significantly, the recipient of the Best Doctoral Thesis Award (the top-ranked of the two winners) will have the honor of representing Spain in the inaugural European Awards for the Best Doctoral Thesis in Remote Sensing.
